Chairman’s Message
Why I left my 30 years job and came back to my Hometown-Bhagalpur to start a school
I was well settled with my family in NCR having my own home, enjoying a quality life with all the world class facilities after Completing my three decades of Career in a Leading Navratna Oil PSU. As a Senior Government Officer and a Technocrat in the Fortune Global 500 Organization, I had the Opportunity to learn about the best practices in the Corporate and Ministry of Govt of India in terms of latest Global Technology and working under a budget. I was well exposed to different cultures of all states during my All-India Service.
I had the chance to visit different parts of the world whether it was South East Asia’s Singapore or Gulf Country’s favorite destination-Dubai. I also travelled to UK, Ireland and European Countries-France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Netherland, Switzerland, Italy and Rome. These developed cities, countries gave a clear message that New Generation need to learn about Discipline, Cleanliness and other things right from the school.
As it is said that after a certain period in life, a point comes where you feel that it’s time to give back to the society. For me, Quality Education to the masses as per the current requirement of the World, India and especially Bihar appeared to be perfect platform. It was best way to create Global Citizens and Bright Minds.
Even the best job, which I had was not able to give me the satisfaction and fulfilment of heart. These was always something missing.
I was always very well connected with my roots and lovely hometown Bhagalpur even though my workplace kept moving to different parts of the Country.
As I have done my complete Secondary School schooling from Mount Assisi, Bhagalpur and Engineering from here, I understand the requirements of the area very well. I have a very emotional connect for the place since I have been born and brought up in this Silk City. My +2 Schooling from D.P.S, R.K.Puram, Delhi and stint at Delhi University gave me wide exposure to the National Capital Environment.
Being a General Topper in Graduation of my Govt. Engineering college, Gold Medalist in M.Tech-Computer Science and academically Excellent at school I know very well what it takes to do best in Education. I always liked teaching children and had the passion to help them in their education.I taught my son during his Board exams, volunteered as a teacher and taught students during the time of COVID through the organization in which I was working.
I always had a dream to open my own school some day and the opportunity finally came in 2023. I took an Early Retirement from my cozy Job and came back to Bihar. Seeing different students rushing between mushroomed coaching in Bhagalpur made me wondered and I started looking after the gaps in School Education. Things were quite different and better 40 years back during our school days in this Anga Land.
